RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lamb & Co, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is to always provide our customers with a product that adds value to their homes and their lives. Our commitment to our customer’s satisfaction is unwavering.
RETURNING UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We will accept returns for new, unused product and issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
When returning an item, please email storefront@lambandcompany.com with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Customers are responsible for the purchase of return shipping labels. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued, assuming there are no damages to the product.
FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items purchased are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that an item is damaged in shipping, the customer has 10 days from receipt of product to contact Lamb & Co. and alert us of the issue. At that time, we will either refund the purchase, including shipping, or replace the damaged item. If a customer receives a damaged product the customer should email notice of the damages including order number along with photos of the damage to storefront@lambandcompany.com.

All prices online are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
